property of SeatechFx or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through
final and binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Kenya (Cap 49). The following
terms shall apply:
- The arbitration shall be conducted in Nairobi, Kenya;
- The proceedings shall be held in English;
- The arbitrator shall be appointed jointly by the parties or by the Chairperson of the Chartered
Institute of Arbitrators (Kenya Branch) if the parties cannot agree.
- The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
16. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, the
remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the
minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any legal notices published by SeatechFx, constitute
the entire agreement between you and SeatechFx and supersede all prior or contemporaneous
understandings, whether oral or written.
